Can anyone enlighten me in this beer. It looks rare but not sure if it can land me anything big

Opened one of mine at release, nowhere near as tart as i thought it would be. Damn fine flavor anyway, very tasty, but I believe this batch is going to need more time to really develop. I'd say hold onto it for a while.

Excellent beer, not the most sour, but very complex and very flavorful. It changes over time pretty significantly, but either way a very good beer. A word of caution though; I don't believe it is representative of the style, from my experience it is much higher in ABV and malt character.

I have had this beer twice. One was aged for 2 years and the other one I opened fresh.
    Why is it so bad?

Slim allocations this year, Illinois only got 30 cases. That should make it at least 30.2% more delicious.

You trying to treat this as a commodity = lame. Honestly, in further review your OP almost reads as satire. But if not, buy it for the purpose of consuming and ya know, enjoying (yes, trades happen, that's all good but..).
