Desirable beers from the Southeast

Greetings everyone,

I was planning on making a trip to Nashville sometime next year and was wondering from beer geeks in the southeast what desirable and rare beers are sought out from breweries that way. I would have some various imperial stouts and such to trade so I'm trying to get some background for some beers I could aim to get from spots I haven't heard of before. I'm shamefully pretty ignorant when it comes to great beer coming from the region in general, so some suggestions and pointers would be appreciated.
