Desperate for a solution to my oxidation problems!

    Nope, haven't had any problems since last year after I made the changes stated above. Think the 2 biggest factors were using a bottling bucket, (getting rid of my autosiphon) and fill the bottles up until they barely overflow before pulling the wand out. I think something happened with my previous autosiphon... the process I used before never produced oxidation problems before this, but the bottling bucket is way better and more of a sure thing.

    Since then I've made absolutely fantastic beers, Saisons, Alt, a kolsch that rivaled a pilsner, and even a fantastic IPA with zero oxidation issues.
