I forgot to include "release details" in my post, too late to edit. All info regarding the beers is also available through the links I posted above.

Was curious to know when we can expect to see each beer released and whether or not they will be seasonal. I believe Destihl used to note on their website when certain Wild Series beers were released, ie Lynnbrook in the Spring*, but I see no mention of that.

*used as an example and may or may not be correct, can't recall when the Lynnbrook was actually released

We are excited to be releasing several new styles in the Wild Sour Series on draft only, to determine which will be added to the canned lineup of sours later this year. The Metallurgy Sour Collection will be officially released later this year as well, following an Illinois-only release of Metallurgy Pear this month. Release info can be found on the release calendar posted on our website! Cheers! http://destihlbrewery.com/uploads/release_calendar_2016.pdf

All of the Wild Sour Series cans are seasonal, with the exception of Here Gose Nothin'. The Metallurgy Sour Collection will be one time releases in Quarter 4 of this year.

Will these be available at local draft accounts in BloNo or will I need to drive to Chicago to try them?

We definitely want to place as much on draft in BloNo as possible!

My girlfriend is a HUGE @DESTIHLbrewery fan, so we just bought and tapped a keg of Lynnbrook at home thanks to the help from the Ohio rep Caroline... She went above and beyond to help us out!

We look forward to trying the new sours coming soon! That pear one sounds amazing, can't wait.

At DESTIHL Brewery, commitment to quality is our #1 priority. It has come to our attention that 40 cases of bottles from our small-batch, Illinois-only release of our 'Metallurgy Sour Collection - Pear' are not conditioning to our standards, exhibiting unexpected foaming when the bottles are opened. Draft kegs of this beer do meet our high standards, however. Our Metallurgy Sour Collection beers are spontaneously fermented utilizing the natural microflora of Central Illinois to produce unique flavors. Though we embrace the spontaneity of our sour beers, bottled Batch 2014–160119 of the Metallurgy collection is not a true representation of our expectations for the brand. Thus, we have made the decision to remove it from store shelves. We are actively investigating the cause of this beer to not meet our expectations, and we will take any needed measures to prevent this in the future without sacrificing the spontaneous nature that makes this beer so great. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue to evolve and grow. If you have purchased a bottle of our 'Metallurgy Sour Collection – Pear' and have it in your possession, we encourage you to return it to the point of purchase for a full refund. Additional questions, comments, or concerns can be directed to [email protected].

That is refreshing. I hope more breweries are this proactive in quality control. Hopefully you figure out the issue.
