What does it take to get DESTIHL's beers? Their wild sour series sounds delicious and I just don't know how limited their stuff is. Cheers.
So far, their canned lineup should trade for similar decent-quality shelf beers. They're just starting to release their sours and I'm guessing that demand for those will be a little bit higher, since their sour program has gotten the most attention of everything they've done, but still well within reason. (Caveat: They're my hometown brewery and I'm a complete homer for them.)
Their best sours are not bottled or canned, but can be growler filled at the brewery. They generally run about $50 and you never know when they're released as neither pub keeps an online tap list so it won't be easy hunting down a growler unfortunately.
