I would really like to land a bottle of this just because it's my name. Almost never see it in the trade forums. Is this a rare or hard to get beer? What kind of bottle count does it have, what is cost and when is it released? And last but not least, the obligatory what would it take to land one? Are we talking $4$ limited release stuff or is it something I'm going to have to give my left testicle and a bottle of Rare for? Thanks for the help!
Recent batch shouldn't be that hard. A $15-20 limited bottle and the right eyes. The bottleworks x version would require something big
Matt has been released 3 times. 2009 was the Bottleworks X anniversary release. TBH I don't know the details of whether it was only sold at Bottleworks or also at the brewery, but it's certainly the hardest to land. 2010 was a brewery only release, 6 bottle limit, likely 50-100 cases. $12 a bottle, I think. It pulled some pretty big stuff back in the day. 2013 was also brewery only, case limit, about 100 cases. Not everyone in line got bottles. The high limit but relatively low number of people with bottles tends to make HOTD beers generally weird to value. Someone with bottles might trade them relatively easily, but not many people have bottles they are trading. Personally, I'd let one go for one of the remaining Top 250 beers I haven't had, but I'm not really trading much for other stuff these days.
