    Just my opinion, but Griffin Claw > Dragon Mead.....And its not close...

    I will second Jake's Liquor in Monroe, MI it's just right off 75. I also recommend Maumee Bay Brewing in Downtown Toledo.

    Had forgotten about Short's; many of these names are coming back to me now from my last visit to the Great Taste. Don't recall seeing Dragonmead there, so I'll have to check out their website. Thanks.

    I recommend Kuhnhenn over Dragonmead. The latter has a large variety of beer but I've never found any of their offerings to be more than mediocre/decent. Kuhnhenn can be hit or miss but there's always something delicious on tap. Schramm's is where to go for the best mead I've ever had, and B. Nektar is a short drive away as well.
