For you west coasters please dont complain or try and trade for zombie dust when this gem is in your backyard. The huge hop profile doesnt even compare to zombie dust, and the malt background leaves a much more balanaced flavor. If you disagree I expect an exlanantion.

I adore Dale's straight out the can... so I can't wait to pick this up in Florida next month.

I tied this last night, but unfortunately I was a few beers deep and really didnt actually take the time to "taste" it. I have another so I'm excited to try it again!

I thought the Deviant Dales tap line was hooked up to the onion soup pot in the bar's kitchen when I had it. Then i realized they dont make onion soup.

I found Gubna to be the same way, onion and dirty socks.

I didn't find this at all. I've probably had 4-5 cans of Deviant at this point. My description of Deviant is a boozier and slightly less fruity/citrusy version of Abrasive. I didn't get the Gubna-like onion/dirty socks at all.

I've never had it on tap, however I can't imagine this beer ever having a "dirty sock" taste. I got no onion flavor from this what so ever. What I did taste was a tremendous amount of hops, citrus, and pine.

And I love eating onions just not drinking them in my beer! Ugh the flavor of Allium members in hoppy beers is so very disappointing.

Will this be distributed to all OB distribution, or select markets? I haven't seen in TN yet..

I'm not sure, I've never seen any Oscar Blues in Ohio but it seems like every other state around me does. I was lucky enough to get a four pack shipped from Colorado to me from SFACRKnight.

So Deviant uses Summit hops too? Gross. Someone should eradicate that weed.

One of the best new IPAs to come along in quite a while. It leans towards the dank end of the hop spectrum, which is why so many are saying onion, socks, garlic, etc.
I hope the is a year round brew because I've really been enjoying it over the past couple weeks since it showed up here.

I love the Deviant Dales Pale Ale! Hell, won a silver medal in the largest category at GABF, so someone enjoys it like I do! 99% sure it's year around!

I really have no idea. I don't think the Deviant tastes anything like the Gubna. Gubna definitely has that garlicky-oniony flavor. Deviant is way more piney.
