Sounds like the next supremacy is all Simcoe - so really looking forward to that. Also had a sample of the chocolate stout a week or 2 ago, can't wait for that thing to go on.

I was psyched Tomlinson Tap had a keg of the new Chocolate Russian Imperial last night for their 6th anniversary celebrations. As @mayorQuimby mentioned above, its a complete chocolate bomb. So good.

Incredible tap list at Tom Tap right now. 18th Street Bitches Bank and BBL Hunter, some great stuff from Bare Hands and a bunch of other barrel-aged stouts and delicious sounding sours.

Greg gave me a sample of the Chocolate/Chipotle version and its is HOT. Good, but a ton of heat on the back end

Was in for hours on Friday night. The Kryptonite is so good...so much chocolate. Think ST Choklat, but more everything, in a great way. The midwest coast version of Supremacy is on right now too.

Sticky Fingers is still on the board, and I've got to say, it's really improved. The tartness that was very present when they first put it on has completely mellowed. You can really taste the base beer now but still with plenty of apple. Love it.

Was in this weekend. New brews since the last update are: Orange Moo Juice (milk stout with orange zest), an un-named RIS with Julian coffee, Hot chocolate Kryptonite (regular Kryptonite with chipotles), Sly like a Fox (imperial gingerbread brown @8.5% ABV), and Roasted Peach Impediment (Tripel with roasted peaches). All good. The last 3 were my favorites.

Also was fortunate enough to get a preview of the 2 scotch ales( the Main Monkey Business and Strudel Cake) that were barrel-aged before they hit the bright tanks, and then to bottles. The bottles will go to the members of the Deviate club (can't remember name). I think both were in brandy barrels. They were both excellent. Hopefully, there will be some bottles left over after the club members get theirs.

Did they say when the bottles are going out? I haven't received any emails about it.

No, they didn't say specifically. Not sure how long it will need to stay in the bright tanks once they get there before bottling. I would imagine several more weeks.

Was in on Friday night and they were pouring a limited amount of brandy BA main monkey business. Holy shit, was it fantastic. Tapped out by night's end. Said they'd be bottling soon for a release to club members.

Also, had a new imperial stout with coffee and vanilla. Hop opulancy popped back on the board, and a new jalapeƱo cornbread pale. Got to taste a coffee-vanilla pale that was the bomb that will be going on after the cornbread blows. All good things.

Surprised not to see mention of the first bottle release by Deviate (for club members). Brandy BA Monkey Business and Brandy BA Strudel Cake. Picked up my bottles last night, can't wait to get into them...

Mike told me now that they have the bottling set-up in place, they plan to start doing a lot more. Next will be a BA barley wine.

The Jalapeno Cornbread on right now is money. Easy drinker that packs a bunch of back-end heat. Had the Kilted Beans last night too; nice balance of vanilla flavor with the scottish strong but not over the top. Left with a growler of that.

I'll be in there tomorrow night. Haven't been in as much as usual as I've reduced drinking...trying to lose weight. Excited to pick up bottles but slightly disappointed that there is only 1 bottle of each available. Looking forward to Tropical Death Punch.....the Tropical supremacy they had on a few weeks ago was AWESOME!

I'd say, don't age, at least for the Monkey Business...the coffee will fade or worse may develop the vegetal/green pepper flavor some coffee beers get after aging.

Was in yesterday, the new coconut/coffee imperial stout they put on, Honolulu Lei Away...ridiculous. On twitter this morning, they posted a new list. Hop Opulancy is gone and in its place is the same base beer as the Jalapeno Cornbread but instead it is Coffee/Vanilla. A few weeks ago I was in and Greg gave me a sample of it. It was excellent.

Have they stated a bottle count on each of them? If they go on sale to the public I for sure want to make a trip down to grab some.

Mid-200s for each, though they plan to hold some back, assume for themselves and for the future. Whatever goes to public sale will likely be 1 bottle of each per person (based on a conversation I had w/Mike last week).

Been in Cancun for the last week. Mike said he'll hold my allotment for pickup on Wednesday. Can't wait to dive into these. I plan on sitting down and enjoying all of the new taps they've put on since I left.

Greg said bottle count was in the 230's and they are going to evaluate how many allocations get picked up....then re-calibrate their member list and look at adding additional memberships as a result. He also mentioned barrel aging the Honolulu Lei Away and getting bottles of things like Tropical Death Punch and/or Supremacy. Sounds like they are pretty pleased with how the bottling went this time around.

^^^ The Lei Away is so good...a BA version would be amazing.

I haven't personally loved the "Death Punch" IPAs they've done. The Tropical Supremacy/Pina Colada Supremacy were bomb, though, imho.

Stopped in tonight and grabbed my 2 bottles along with a few extra. Chatted with Mike about the upcoming barleywine that's being bottled. Told him their maple wheatwine from mid-'16 is a prime candidate in my book down the line. He goes and fills a bottle from a keg, writes Liquid Grace 13.1% on it and says here you go. Angels sent from heaven. Made my week.

And their tap list is perfect right now. I figured I'd walk out with a fill of Honolulu Lei Away or Kilted Beans...both great beers...but it was the coffee/vanilla cream ale that floored me. Never would've guessed it.
