Mine also!! I'm bummed, I've sent an email to DB yesterday, still waiting to hear from them.

    That's a bummer.

I am wondering what happened that there are numerous packs not having all the beer.

Hmmm - I hope DB can do something about this. Not sure how many extra collaboration brews they might have left over, but hopefully there is an acceptable response from them.

I've had all but one of the beers in the pack, and have been impressed with them all. The Coffee brown ale was great. The session IPL was solid. I didnt think i would like it at all.

Those were my two favorites as well. I did think the stout was a nice tasting Imperial Stout (that reminded me a bit of a Baltic Porter), even though I didn't get much in the way of the adjuncts.

Enjoying this more than the collab pack they did last year. The beers are all solid, though maybe not knocking my socks off (how I feel about DB beers in general). Like others here, the Surly coffee brown is my favorite, followed by the Sun King cream ale. Definitely a fun idea that I hope they continue with every year.

Agree with most others that Risen is the best beer in the pack, taste like a slightly more bitter version of Tree House's Bear brown ale. After that, I thought the session IPL was solid and would be a great summer beach beer.

Grabbed my second 12-pack today. On schedule to get into it this weekend; hopefully I have all the collaborations and no double-ups (ok, could live with a double up of Risen ).

Just picked up my first 12-pack. Will crack it tomorrow night. At just under $22 sounds like there are better deals out there than I found at Arrow. Looking forward to the Surly colab.

Environmental Engineer here. Just to make sure I get my geek on a bit. Some cyanobacteria secrete a toxin harmful to humans. Not saying these blue-greens do that, but maybe the thrill of drinking something potentially dangerous makes it more appetizing (like puffer fish sushi) :grimacing::slight_smile:

Our local is having a tap and social tomorrow with these beers. I will let everyone know what I think. If I never post again you will know the reason why.

Wow as also an environmental engineer for a govt contracter, apparently this environmental engineer doesn't realize all commercial products must adhere to a standard and be federally approved. Don't worry about the beer, peeps.

If referring to me, I totally do, just making light of the cyanobacteria/blue green algae discussion.

Tried two so far. I put the NODA Session IPL in front of the Surly Risen, which does not seem to align with others, but I thought the Risen was a bit thin and I've been looking for a good low ABV beer I can pound.

Thin or not, I took Risen as a brown ale first, and relatively found it decently robust as such.

Regarding the NoDa IPL, agree wholeheartedly, I think I may take a well made hoppy lager over a "session IPA" every day and twice in Friday - in an attempt to bastardize a saying without killing it outright.

Was really surprised how much I liked the pack. I thought all of the Collabs were great.
