Very true. Opinions aside though, is this rumor true of a new release?

Any truth to 75 being available keg'd w/o maple or in cask w/maple? Seems in error to me - isnt 75 only 75 if brewed the specific way??

75 on cask never had maple. maple was just for bottles it seems. it was usually referred to as johnny cask when on cask as well.

75 Minute/Johnny Cask is and has always been cask conditioned with maple syrup and dry hopped. They tried to replicate it in the bottle, but it just doesn't taste the same.

75 isn't really brewed per se, it's just blended 60/90 with maple syrup and hops in the cask.

Had the beer on cask 4 times and never tasted a hint of maple whatsoever

I can taste a slight hint of it, but the quantity of syrup needed to condition it is not very large, and it is consumed almost entirely by the yeast. It won't really taste that much different than if they used table sugar.
