Just picked up 4 bottles in NW Indiana. This stuff is safe to age right?

Binnys Highland Park had it today, had to ask, 2 bottle limit

 

Its been around EL/Lansing this week, picked up a 4 pack as it got dropped off. Its a great beer.

 

Got lucky, picked up another 4 last night. Still cannot believe the ABV on this stuff.

 

Found a few bottles but at $8.99 a bottle I passed to keep the budget focused on BCBS.....and my goal of still scoring a bottle of Pappy.

 

The Binny's Grand store had about 8 bottles of this earlier today, no limit.

 

I would've had a hard time passing it up for $8.99 a bottle as it seems to be going for $10.99-$11.99 a bottle where I was able to find it. Then again, I can understand the BCBS hunt (although my hunt is more BCBCS and Prop - The latter which I know I won't be able to get in Michigan).

So what are your thoughts on the beer? I have a bottle in the main fridge, and a bottle in the cellar for a later date but want to know what you guys think of this. I had a few guys at the Hipster Brunch release tell me it's a love it or hate it kind of beer (which I typically enjoy at the least).

 

I.....hated it. I tried to like it but couldn't. Not sure what to do with the other 2 bottles. Wondering if the harsh favors will mellow out over time. A long time. So I could age them for science I suppose. Or find someone in the love it camp.
