I had the Tweasonale the other night and was really quite impressed with it. There was a tartness to it that I wasn't expecting, and considering that I really don't care for strawberries I thoroughly enjoyed this brew.

That being said, drinking this beer made me feel weird. Very difficult to describe... rather than feeling relaxed, as one usually feels after a beer, this one makes my head spin. Somewhere between taking DayQuil and that kind of speedy feeling you get, and the way your head spins when you've had to many, but without all the other drunken feelings associated with having too many. I recall having the same feeling before after having a Sorghum beer, but had completely forgotten about it until that feeling reoccurred.

    Anyone else have similar problems?

No, never had that problem when drinking those. I didn't really care for it. Not a big fruity beer drinker, but it was okay. I liked the Abita Strawberry better if I was going for light with some subtle fruit flavor.

Could be the sugars in there doing it to you?

Didn't experience that either, although I thought Tweason'ale wasn't very beer-like at all. Could be the way your body reacts to sorghum
