Going to a wedding next weekend in DFW. Will be visiting from Chicagoland. My wife and I are staying in uptown neighborhood of Dallas. Any recommendations of bars, breweries or beers that are a must while I am there for a few days?
    Thanks for your help!

If you're a fan of the Northeast-style IPA, 3 Nations is releasing their new All the Pulp IPA at their brewery next Saturday! It's legit. My brewery, Turning Point Beer, will also be there pouring samples of 5 or 6 of our beers (sours, stouts, and NE IPAs). The event is $20, but that gets you 3 full beers 3 Nations beers and as many Turning Point samples as you want. There will also be some incredible food and music. 12-8pm.

You've got quite a few options in uptown for bars, and you're a short drive to Design District for some solid breweries.
Bars: Common Table and Meddlesome Moth are both a very short drive (Common Table is actually in uptown... just don't go Sunday during brunch... it's a bit of a mess).

As for breweries: Noble Rey, Peticolas, and Community are all within 10 minutes and are all highly recommended.
