Hello, Visiting the Dallas/Fort Worth area for a few days next month and wondered if there are any notable saison/wild ale producers to look out for (besides Jester King) ---thanks
Celestial has a base saison on semi-regularly they like treat with hops or fruit that's very, very good. They unfortunately like ipas too much to care about that sort of complexity. Vector does a lot of saisons & occasionally a brett. Dallas doesn't pull its weight when compared to other big metros.
