    Expect to drink it in a few years or....you should expect **candy** because that what this stuff tastes like for about a year: really sickly sweet. Eventually it becomes a nice beer but fresh....you need to add a roasty stout to it to make something drinkable (i use Deschutes Obsidian when handy)

    Had a 2009, 2010, 2011 a couple weeks ago. The 2009 was amazing the 2010 and 2011 were OK. They were so different that it is hard to believe the 10 and 11 will age into the taste of a 09. I think 09 is drinking well now, but by no means is it past it's peak.

    Let it sit for 2 years then drink it. I had some 2010 last month and it was amazing

    Buy another bottle. Drink one now like a man, then age the other one.

    08 WWS is drinking very nice right now IMO much smoother and the alcohol is much less noticeable.
