Last night I was able to sample some brew from "Diamondback Brewing". I was with friends so I wasn't able to talk much at all to the brewer/owner or who ever the guy was that was letting us sample. Has anyone heard of them? The marzen I tried was amazing and I'm very curious for more information about these guys. Thanks, -Matt PS - Yes I did a google search.

Challenge accepted you Fizzy Yellow drinkin fools! This was Diamondback Brewing or Brewery of Dallas. They're brand spanking new, will be in full production by the end of 2012. Sadly that was the only info I was able to get... Well that and this guy was a Green Bay Packer fan ::vomit::
"Yellow Fizz". I like the sound of that. Someone needs to brew a badass beer and name it "Yellow Fizz", put it in a barrel, and limit the production to 200, no, 100 bottles. Eh? Could be the next whale.
Get me the barrel and I will destroy it! I'll do a one gallon batch and limit it to 8 bottles... The rareist yellow fizz.
The thought of matt making a barrel aged yellow fizz worries me just a little bit..that and the fact he is imagining this "diamond back brewing" and its magical marzen
