The Dieu du Ciel/Alchemist colab Morality has finally hit Alberta in bottles and kegs. Better stores should have it by the weekend. Be forewarned this is as hoppy as ! Alberta was promised this beer in November but sales have been so big and it has been selling so fast in Quebec that this really is our shipment of it. We did get some kegs of it in November last year.
Pretty sure i saw bottles and kegs earlier this year March or April... Maybe i just dreamt it, but bottles at Kensington and draft at National on 17th.
Ok, but I do remember ordering a pint at the National. ***just checked my phone, I was there December 20, I even took a pic of the menu to send to a friend. As for bottles, you are probably right... I don't look very closely at DDC bottles, I find them very confusing to read unless they are at eye level (Kensington of course piles their bottles on the floor). I remember leaving and then thinking, "ya know, I think they might have had Morality bottles."
Just couldn't get on with this beer at all and forced myself to finish the 6 pack. I'm not a fan of Heady Topper, so kinda knew this wouldn't appeal to me....but I was drawn by the hype and had to try. Nice aroma, but just too one dimensional for my liking/tastes.
Sid sorry England's loss and that forcing yourself to finish a six pack of Morality. That really sucks, can't imagine a worse week
Ah, the Engurland loss doesn't bother me; I'm not too patriotic that way. As a footie team, they bore me senseless.
