Difference between white ball lock disconnect and black disconnect?

    What is the difference, other then color? I know black is supposed to be for beer and white (or grey) is supposed to be for gas. They appear to me to be completely the same.

    Is the difference in the posts on the keg?

    they are not the same. similar but not the same. the posts are slightly different and the connectors are made for each post. they are not interchangeable. everyone eventually jams a gas connect onto a liquid post and vice versa, so don't feel special when you inevitably do the same. look at the posts, you will notice some tell tale differences. get to know them by site because you'll want to know.

    don't force the connector.
