I have some canned in Sept 2014 and its drinking ok. Maybe a little salty. What does a fresh one taste like, or what does age do to it? Thanks

I would say fresh it would have more salt present, I have some accidentally aged ones in my fridge I should drink and find out. I heard with age the tend to fall off but are still drinkable.

Drank one from 09/14 a couple weeks ago... It's certainly less sour with some age, but still very drinkable.

I was about to say.. fresh is about to hit here, if it's hasn't already, so I can help do the side by side.

I like it year around.. I think it's not as sharp aged, but it's still mighty, mighty good with some age.. More so, I can make this a year round brew for me.

Fresh it tastes like hard lemonade. The good kind. There is literally no better thing in the world to drink on a warm spring day.

Salinity won't fall off but the sourness def will. Drink it all now.
