Differences between Gose and Berliner Weisse

    The RHG was applied to all of Germany when Bavaria joined. Many of the northern styles went extinct when that happened (like Lichtenhainer). RHG in the present form has loop holes for top fermented beers to contain "other ingredients".

    Actually it is the opposite. Berliner Weisse is required 50% of the build to be malted wheat, whereas Gose's do not require it.
