Different Uses For Beer

    Speaking of BBQ sauce, I ran across this last year when I was picking out stuff for my pulled-pork Super Bowl dinner. Representin' KC, this is a collab between Rufus Teague and Boulevard. This was surprisingly bland - or, as I stated in my review, "ain't no thang in this thang." Total drain pour, at least after diluting to pouring consistency.

    Oh man that sounds delicious too! I know what I’m trying next Fall. Gonna look into the cocoa powder addition also!

    I've found when cooking Mexican spicy sauces that beer can tone down the spiciness if you overdo it.
    I only use Mexican beers for this, typically Dos Equis Amber.
