So my wonderful wife surprised me w/ a digital thermostat model #A19AAT for my fridge in the basement. I have various stouts that would be perfect for aging at the desired 55 degree temp.

Does anyone have any experience w/ this model?

I am reading the instruction manual & it sounds pretty basic. just unplug the fridge. use that plug to plug into the thermostat & plug the thermostat in the wall. Just set the thermostat to the desired setting & place the unit on top of the fridge.

the unit has a "remote sensor bulb" attached to is & also had a chain hanger kit that came w/ the model.
Do these items serve a purpose for my application or is that easy to install this? Am I overlooking something?

    Thank you & Merry Christmas.
