Digital Thermometer

    Maybe I phrased that wrong. I simply meant I have multiple inputs between the RIMS probe and that digital thermometer. The wort returned to the top of the mash, measured via the ThermoPop, typically matches the set point of the RIMS within a degree or so.

    Just wait a few days for similar offers.

    I can tell you for certain, if you get on the Thermoworks mailing list you will get incredible offers - do not miss opportunities every three days. Open box items, special discounts etc. I am being sarcastic.

    Thermoworks is great. Their aggressive marketing is not so great. I count 13 separate emails since August 9. I had to spam them.
