Anyone else going to this on August 5th? If so, have you been to any other ones? Looking forward to it, but not sure what to expect.

I am really happy for Dave he and I were on the street pounding the payment selling beer living the dream. I will never forget him talking to me outside of South Lyndale right after the Ambleside debacle and right before him selling beer Wine Company explaining to me I want to have my own brewery! Dave if you are reading this congrats on finding your dream. I am really happy for you!

Thanks Brian. I'll tell ya though, this whole "Living the Dream" thing is a metric sh*t-ton of work!
For those wondering about the BrewFarm Dinner on the Farm event: http://t.co/fXjAjT20 - lots of great food and beer (if I may say so...). Not sure of the draft line-up - yet. Hope if any are interested you can make it out, otherwise come on out for an open Tap Room weekend: http://davesbrewfarm.blogspot.com/ And with that, the self-promo concludes...

I have been meaning to come out and see the farm/taproom and I thought this would be a great opportunity to do so. Really looking forward to drinking some of your one-off beers! Are beers included in the dinner price or are they extra?

The girlfriend and I sat down with Dave and his wife a few years back on a cold January Saturday at the taproom. It was just us 4 for the first few hours, some other people showed up later. I'm sure it's rarely that quiet anymore, but I would definitely recommend going if you haven't already.

Was able to have a great in depth beer discussion while enjoying some amazing beers. You'll probably want to bring a designated driver, Dave is generous with the pours, and some of them are fairly high octane. Good times, hope to come out to the BrewFarm again soon. Cheers.

Short answer: both. Last year we had four drafts as part of the Dinner, with the Tap Room having an additional eight drafts for purchase. Which I'm guessing will be the program again (but not 100% sure, as we haven't had that organizational meeting yet...). Be sure to introduce yourself!

Sounds good, hopefully I won't be the driver! I will say hello for sure.
