I'm game especially at 39.99 a case! BTW if you buy it at Vecenie's at wholesale it will be even cheaper!!!

I'm on the Eastern Shore, but I assume that other places would have to have it (especially around Annapolis and Baltimore).

Between the 3 recent barrel aged brews (Oak Horizontal, Red Thunder, White Monkey) and now DirtWolf, looks like all that Xfinity Live money is paying dividends! Both the bros and the beer folks win!

Just picked up a 4 pk in SF. If this isn't good, I'm coming after you, Joe!

Seriously, though, I've been generally unimpressed with Victory's hoppy offerings, especially Hop Wallop. Hoping for the best!

They had a ton of it yesterday if you're still interested. I picked up a 4-pack and enjoyed it, it's a good beer for sure. I enjoyed Hop Wallop from time to time and sad to see that it is going but this is a worthy replacement. I am not a regular drinker of DIPAs but when I am in the mood for one, DirtWolf has proven that it will be a good one to grab!

If the Victory guys are reading this thread, looking for feedback, to me this beer would be MUCH better if they dialed down the ABV. I don't like that I can taste the 8.7% burn. Drop the malt down a bit and bring it around 8%--with the same hop profile--and this would be so much better, I think.

The $47 I quoted included tax, so we're in the same ballpark, price-wise.

I didn't really notice the alcohol heat, but maybe that's just me. Very smooth and sneaky for 8.7%!

We're paying $44 per case in central PA, so consider yourself lucky at 39.99!!!

Agreed. I have a couple of employees out in Pittsburgh who are able to pick up stuff out there reliably cheaper than I can get them at breweries directly. Guys were picking up Flower Power for $5 less per case in Pitt than I could get them at the brewery in Ithaca. Same with Troegs and Victory products.

Please let me know what you think, Chris. Glad to hear it made it out there!

Picked up a 4 pack at Wegmans last night. It was the first time I ever heard or saw it and I couldn't pass up the chance to try a new victory IPA.

    It is fantastic!

Totally agree regarding the ABV & alcohol burn. The hop profile was very agreeable, but I can't see myself buying it again, it came off as boozy to me. Different strokes...

I like it! The hop profile is familiar, but I can't put my finger on it. Victory is super sparce out here. I pretty much only see old Prima so this felt like a gift.

I'm getting a similar hop profile to Sucks.

I just did DirtWolf side by side with Enjoy By 11/13 and DirtWolf crushed it. I wasn't expecting it to go that way, but totally the case.

I had it last night, it was pretty good. I had Otter Creek/Lawsons Doubke Dose before it and Double Dose blew it away.

I had it at Pizza Boy Brewing on tap, thought it was very good. Just a little too high on the alcohol for me but I really enjoyed it. Would like to try it side by side with Stone Enjoy by, if I can only get my hands on one!

I have been drinking this since Tuesday here in CT and it's just phenomenal. It's a new favorite and go-to DIPA for me.
