Dirtwolf Availability?

Its been on the shelves the last few weeks in my area. I grabbed three 4-packs today for 9.89 apiece.

 

I work at a retail distributor in northern PA, and our area distro rep told me they got some of the first batch and it flew out the door. Heard the hops clogging the lines thing from a couple places, and talked to a distro down near reading and heard the same thing.

We've had it on back order for three weeks, but supposedly "this will be the week"(down in reading too). We get our victory stuff this friday, so if I see my case in under the hopdevil, I'll let you guys know. After I have a few of course.

They apparently have it on tap at the brew pub so thats a good sign.

 

Here in Virginia I was told that it might show up in a couple of weeks but availability will be spotty until February when a new production facility comes on-line. As this is "I heard from my beer guy who heard it from his distributor who heard it ... ", I think the answer is, who knows?

 

I see it regularly here in metro detroit area. I like it, but want hop wallop back..

 

I was at the brewery last night, and they had a decent amount for sale in the gift shop

 

My guess is that the demand was higher than expected. Once their new brewery is up and running full time I expect you'll have an easier time finding it.

 

Demand is far outpacing their ability to supply it. They can't even stock it at the brewery, it's all going right out in distribution. I hope they catch up somewhat, but not so much that it sits on shelves.

 

Still on shelves everywhere in Massachusetts. Maybe they over/under estimated demand in certain areas.

 

It was hit or miss for me for a while, but I have it readily available now.

 

Hadn't seen any since the first wave (best by 2/12/14, so bottled 9/12/13)
