Silly question…but BA has my curiosity peaked for Dirtwolf (duh) and I've been trying to find some bottles (i've seen it on tap, but never grabbed a pour cuz i'm a jabroni). I've called/went to a few places that listed having some on their website, but no one has actually had it. Not trying to be lazy - but anyone know anywhere that seems to have it? Not sure how quickly it goes once it hits the shelves here…. thanks!
I saw it at Total Wine in Huntington Beach just last week. I know they have stores in the LA area too, plus you can usually check their inventory online.
There were bottles in Whole Foods Venice the last time I was there (two weeks ago). Feel like many of the Total Wines and Whole Foods in the area are likely to have as well.
Got some today at valley bev sherman oaks - unfortunately bills is out of it but they had it before anyone else - If you're out In east LA the new Ramirez liquor has it for a dollar cheaper than anywhere else -
Not that I've seen. I decided to take a chance on my 4-pack but I'd be lying if I said I was confident it was a fresh pack at the time of purchase.
I picked up my 4 pack in Santa Barbara, but it had an "enjoy by" date etched in the neck of the bottle. Not some Julian date either.
thanks all. I live westside, and a few weeks ago I checked Ramirez on Soto, looks like I went to the wrong one Tried a few Whole Foods as well. Looks like I'll trek back east to Pico Rivera cheers
Dirt Wolf is all over South OC. (Love the stuff) Whole Foods Laguna Beach, and Monarch Bay market has some.
they are dated with the the "best before" date. which is 5 months after bottling. (so like august 20 best by would be march 20 bottled). its more of an etching than a stamping so its not always the easiest to see.
In case anyone was still curious and on the Westside, I found some at Whole Foods Venice yesterday Not sure how much they had left
