Just curious, does it bother anyone else when they visit a brewery and it is filthy? I understand the importance of a clean environment when brewing beer, so when I see a truly dirty brewery it doesn't sit well with me. When I see a clean brewery I really appreciate it. I have seen many dirty and some really clean ones too. Anyone else on the same page?

I've been in one (High Point) that was like a laboratory and another (will not name) that was disgusting.

Idle Hands/Enlightenment was always a mess in a gross building but they produced some great beer there. The tanks have to be clean; I don't really care what the floor looks like.

Why not name the dirty places? Walking on eggshells to not damage a precious brewer's ego helps no one.

So we're never gonna drink beer from a "dirty" brewery ever again now? Ignorance is bliss.

Yup... our brewery and building was/is a shit hole... no amount of lipstick is going to make that pig pretty. Our next iteration will be a different story and I'm looking forward to sharing details soon.
