    Ironically, I do enjoy Hamm's.

Cardamom? I think that's what got me in ST's 2XMAS.

Ha! I always feel, when I do the choke down that an old school hard ass Dad ala Red Foreman is breathing down my neck...

I know it's a recent darling adjunct for stouts, but I really don't care for cinnamon in my beer. Love it along with some sugar on my toast, but cinnamon just dominates the flavor and it's all I can taste when in a beer. I realize I'm in the minority here.

If craft pizzerias are following the trends of craft brewers, you'd better ask first what they are using for cheese!

I've had a few beers boasting "holiday spices" and they have been a let down.

Really not a fan of barley... nor hops or water. Just a spoonful of yeast for me, please!

Agree, and Mate' and Chamomile are even worse in beer. Love herb tea but those herbs in beer are really awful.

Cinnamon is easy to overdo. When overdone, it is not good at all.

Several have mentioned maple syrup and others mentioned spruce tips. Yet, a local brewer did a one-of beer that used both and it was fabulous IMO. I think moderation is the key with most flavoring adjuncts.

Pineapple. It always comes out boozy. Even pineapple-y hops are always off-putting.

The Bruery is the worst at this...
