I'm just answering a question nobody has asked, but may one day. Just got back from a cruise on the Disney Dream out of Port Canaveral. All the bars on the ship had cans of CCB Jai Alai available. The cans were all less than two weeks old. The only other Florida craft beers on board appeared to be Florida Brewing Company Pilsner (it's OK) and Florida Brewing Company Devil's Triangle IPA (pretty tasty) on tap at the bars surrounding the main pool area. I did not check out the adult bars, though. A smattering of other types of the normal fern bar imports were also available.

Disney does allow adults to carry on as much alcohol as they can fit in their carry on bags onto the ship, so you can bring beer, wine or liquor with you.

And if you are travelling to Port Canaveral the night before your ship leaves there is a brewery in Port Canaveral. The Florida Brewing Company facility is in walking distance from the Radisson. I recommend any of the Swamp Ape or Son of Swamp Ape DIPAs.

I cruised on the Dream a few years ago out of Port Canaveral and stayed at the Radisson. I carried a large bottle of Old Forrester on board and avoided buying alcohol on the ship, to save $$$. Therefore, if they had fresh Jai Alai then, I missed out on it. I knew nothing about Cigar City at the time anyway. Duly noted for next time.

I took a handle of Tito's, so I wasn't too beer-centric on this particular journey.

Thank you for the info, I was wondering what they carried on the boat. I have a cruise on the Dream in a few months and was planning on bringing some Jai Alai, but will bring somethimg else if it is available on the ship.

Did you go on your cruise yet? I'm heading out on the Dream in 2 weeks and was curious. Also sounds like the carry-on policy has been reduced, but I'm more concerned with what's available on board.

Yes I did! They had cans of Jai Alai and Invasion pretty much everywhere on the ship. I went the last week of september, and the can of Jai Alai I got was dated early June. No where near as good as fresh Jai Alai. They also had bottles of Two Hearted. A can cost about $7.50 after tipping a dollar. I only got one as a result. You can bring on a six pack per person since the new policy took effect. Draft selection was not great, the usual suspects with the possible exception of 687 available in thier sports bar. Brewed especially for them by Widmer Brothers if I remember correctly. It was ok.

If you have a stop in Nassau there is a brewery right out side the port building, on the right about a block. It is called Pirate Republic and is better than anything else you are likely to find in that area. They sell bottles to go and you can bring them on the ship. They also had free wifi.

If you are spending a night near port canaveral, I would also recommend hitting Playalinda Brewery in Titusville. They had an amazing whiskey barrel aged porter, along with several other great beers and fresh Jai Alai.

Hope that helps, enjoy the ship it is incredible!
