Shoot...I'd fly to Belgium for a Cantillon if I had the time and money. If you have the time to get the beer, go for it!

I don't like driving, so ugh...the most is about 30 miles each way. However, I do like to visit stores, brewpubs, breweries when I'm in a different town/city...so drive all around Charlotte and Atlanta as well as Asheville and Waynesville recently, as well as walk to several in Denver. It's easier when I'm travelling alone, but when I'm with family, I'll still manage to find time to hit a shop or brewpub at the very least.

In 2 months I will be traveling about 420 miles one way for a twice a year release.
Hopefully I can make a weekend out of it and call it a mini vacation...but I'm seriously just going for the beer.

Not sure if this counts since we didn't drive, @millerbuffoon and I "hopped" a plane from our home in Eastern PA to the opposite coast for San Diego Beer Week and bought as much as we could afford to ship home that can't be had out East. Between the two of us, no lie, at least (14+) boxes were sent home. A great week I'll never forget and hope to do it again soon as funds permit!!

I always combine my beer trips with other errands so it's not just about driving for beer. At least that's what I tell myself.

286 miles each way from Philly burbs to Jack's Abby. Drove for 5 hrs there, had two beers picked up a bunch of Framinghammer porter, and drove 5 hrs back. It was a long day.

In February a friend and I drove from Scranton PA to Montpelier VT and back in one day for a Lawsons farmers market. That was about 650 miles. And a few weeks ago I went from Scranton PA to Jack's Abby and then Night Shift and back home in one day. That was about 500 miles.
