Somebody who tried their first craft beer will hear about it and decide he needs 2 cases.

I do not understand this. Saint Arnold released the beer, while specifically stating that it was young and needed to be aged for a year. I'm waiting until it passes the year mark to make a judgement on how it's developed. I have 2 DR12 sitting in my closet. And another 8-9 or so in a temp-controlled chest freezer and mini-fridge. You know. For science.

    I had 10/11 fresh........just like 12.

Maybe when I try 12 after a year I'll like it. But Fresh it wasn't like 10 or 11.

    Different strokes for different folks.

All styles of beer are treated differently though. Obviously the 12 needed some age. I've got quite a bit sitting and waiting for a bit to crack in to them. Had it fresh on tap and it was okay. From the first glass I could tell it needed time.

Just had one last week... still needs a lot of time.

DR10 needs to be swallowed down NOW. Falling fast.

I personally loved fresh, cold, cask DR12 - Nothing like it.
