There have been several posts within the Great Lakes DLD thread regarding the poor quality in some instances with the glassware which people have received from Dark Matter Coffee orders. Someone posted a complaint on DMC's FB page (the picture which accompanied their complaint is posted below for reference) & DMC replied back with the following reply.

you would like to exchange or get a refund? No problem! email orders (2) darkmattercoffee dot com

I'd recommend people having glassware issues email them accordingly. (Note the (2) above is likely meant to be (@))

Thanks for the suggesting the post here @blue-dream

I had a few buddies that this happened to, and Dark matter is doing a great job of fixing this, IMO.
Oh and @PatrickInAustinTx look here.

Are these arriving this way or are people running these through dishwashers? (Edit: read the other post on this, looks like they arrived like this )

I had my order arrive with the mug shattered (after colliding in the box with the goblet.) I emailed them a picture of the damage and they responded quickly that replacements were inbound.

Yes, as @blue-dream stated they are doing a great job of taking care of folks. I emailed them this morning and the gentleman that wrote me back seemed concerned and promised to send me a new one right away. The logo is tilted a bit and there is a weird "gash" in the side of it. Its not a scratch, looks like a problem that occurred while the glass was being made?
