I hate beer though, I just drink BA beer because it tastes kind of like booze.

I heard all the breweries are bring their standard beers. Going for lower abv options I guess.

I'm more disappointed about not being there for the bands than the beer. Dammit.

Pipeworks will be pouring their Hyper Dog Milk Stout w/ Coffee and Close Encounter, a super hoppy double stout.

How do the guest taps work? Is it just one long line for all of them or do they each have their own table/booth?

    Truth.

The Barrel Zhukov's are all better then Norm Zhuk, and the Barrel Hunahpus are all worse then the Norm Hun.

In the past, it's one long line to a tent next to a refrigerated trailer with all of the kegs inside and taps coming out the side of the trailer. A big huge effin' kegerator.

Is there a place you can find what each company is bringing? Would like to plan in advance.

And it's not like all of the beers are going on at once. There are only so many taps - when one keg kicks, another gets tapped. I wouldn't count on getting anything specific. You're going to stand in a huge line, check out the whiteboard showing what's currently pouring and hope it doesn't kick before you can order.

I really hope its more like XV where there were separate booths for each brewer. The lines were significantly shorter and it was fairly easy to get what you wanted if you were around when it tapped. Last DLD was a huge line at that trailer thing, with the world's saddest whiteboard, erasing every dream of every great beer you could try before you made it to the front. It did however replace them with usually equally awesome beers.

I agree, but think theres too many guest breweries for it. At annivi party, it was like 4 breweries, guest taps encompass some 20 + breweries. Every other year, it just kind of rotated. I think they do an ok job of keeping up on the board. Just bot to keep in mind they might only have 1/6 barrels, so they might cash out quick when you have 50 people wanting a pint in line. I guess in my opinion, this has been a well handled issues over the past 3 years Ive attended.
