Do I need a fridge or freezer to keep beer...?

    Just a hint - Probably not the best way to fit in is to get all uppity with the 10 year members.

    Click over to the homebrew section. They often modify fridges and freezers for lagering. You're looking for a different temp but it should be a similar modification. I think a lot replace the thermostat with something from Johnson. Assuming Johnson or a competitor makes one calibrated that low, you should be fine. I don't know enough about it to give much more details, but converting a fridge for such use is a regular topic in homebrew.

    We pride ourselves with being able to help many people and not be condescending about it. Been that way for a decade, and it's not just me.
    You ask a stupid question, you are going to get stupid remarks.
    My response is correct. My opinion is not sarcastic. Water freezes at 32 degrees. Who knew?

    Spray with water. Use an outboard temp controller. Sorry to offend.
