Do we drink fine beer to chilled ?

    No shit! :-) I live in Ballston Spa, right near the race track and the concert venue! How funny... The Mendocino brewery is about 10 mins from my house. I love there Imperial Barleywine!

    I yank bottles out of the fridge and let them sit for a few minutes before I open them. I wait a few minutes for IPAs/Ambers/Pilsners, and a bit longer for stouts.

    I prefer to not pour them and then let them sit, because I want to keep the carbonation as fresh as possible.
