I manage a bar, so suffice to say clean glassware is a fucking thorn in my side.

Do it maybe I'll be pairing some humble pie with our beer that night.

As a home brewer I have shelves full of empty labeled bottles because I refuse to buy unlabeled empty bottles. My wife hates it.

I stop at the liquor store at least 2-3 times on the way home from work to relax and see what they have. Often I walk away empty handed as nothing stood out even though there are over 1,000 options.

No idea when i started doing this but i have the need to pop the larger bubbles in the head of my beer. Maybe its a uniformity issue but i always poke the largest bubbles and leave the rest alone.

I only pour Michigan made beer into my "brewed in Michigan" cup.

My wife once filled it with water. When I told her that she ruined the history of the cup she said, "its not water, its just beer in training." Although that's inaccurate, I thought it was pretty funny.

Probably not, I don't notice much difference in the smell nor taste from a tulip.

Guinness goes really well with salt and vinegar crisps. Really well.

I hate and detest and despise and abhor when bartenders try to refill my beer glass instead of getting me a new one. Is that a quirk or a pet peeve?

Not too many things that are more fun than pouring Ten Fidy out of the can into a glass. Drinking it out of the glass is one of them.

I kind of do that too. I opened a PhotoBucket account when I started posting on the WBAYDN threads.

That is an odd one to me...I love pairing food with beer but must admit I'm a big foodie.

As far as my quirk...I take everything out of their packaging and line them up in neat little rows, sometimes stacked on top of each other (cans) in neat little rows... I also find myself moving the beers all around my beer fridge after I've had a few to drink (to put them back in some kind of order). Quirk? Yes...OCD? Yes...Buzzed? Maybe a little.

AND all the labels must face forward, no? I do the same thing...And I often catch myself facing and fronting the cat food cans at the market after I've picked through it. 15 years of retail leaves it's mark I guess...

I will not drink a beer I have never tried before if I have drank a few prior to me cracking that newbie .
This rule only applies to beers I have at my house.
All bets are off at a bar or a fest
