Do you like barrel aged IPAs?

    I love wood aged IPAs (Rumble, White Oak Jai Alai, Burton Baton, OA Unearthly, Hopageddon, etc.) but spirits barrels offer nothing but conflicting flavors to hoppy beers. At least to me.

    I will point out, though not an IPA, Orlando Brewing makes a Red Ale. Pure piss. But they're Rum Barrel aged version is fairly decent with a rather low IBU.

    Some beers it'll actually make them better where as others you're left asking why they did that.
