Do You Remember Your First IPA?

I'm sure I had IPAs before this one, but, I clearly remember how good this was on a surf trip to Nova Scotia back in the late 1980s or maybe early 1990s.
Great beer as I remember, I drank a lot of Molson's on that trip that were unavailable in The USA that were also very good, but Keith's was the best beer of that particular trip.
How disappointed I was when I couldn't find it on my last trip to Nova Scotia a few years ago.
Did I mention that beer in Canada is expensive?
Wow! But life without beer? Unthinkable!
For the life of me I wish I could remember my first IPA, something from The UK I'm sure.
If only there had been BA back in the day! I could easily look it up!
