Do you review infected beers?

I don't think that I will "name names" but although that sounds like a Three Floyds response, it was NOT them. In retrospect, I should have replied to the email or done some research to figure out the senders position at the brewery. As Jegross said, lots of brewers are very helpful with customer service and I would bet that if an intern or entry level brewer had sent me the response it wouldn't have been indicative of the whole organization.
