DOC Brown Ale recipe critique

    Was hoping to get some recipe critique for this Brown Ale i did. OG ended up being 1.061 checked gravity after 3 weeks and was 1.030 should be 1.014. Instead of transferring to secondary i put it back into primary stirring up the yeast cake for a week more before checking again. I welcome your thoughts and below is a brew day video.

    Uhh, you've got 3# of non-diastic malts and only 4# of base malt. That'd be your problem right there.
    Unless this is some sort of back to the future joke that I don't get.

    Thanks all. MrOH can you elaborate more on the non-diastic malt? There's also a theory that my thermometer used during the mash could be off and i mashed in too high.
