I think the new bottles look very cool. Kind of retro and modern at the same time. However, I do miss the 12 oz bottles. Unless I am sharing one of these with my wife I'm not drinking one during the week

I preferred the old, 12 oz format and label.

I like the new bottles, and originally I thought I wouldn't. I think they do exactly the job that (I assume) they were created to do: Bring up associations with older liquors and bottling conventions from the past. Also, while the new bottle size makes it harder to get "enough" beer, 12 oz. never seems to be enough of one of these beers, so I'm happy to drink the 16.9 oz. I'm a little irritated that I can't have a "vertical" of empty Prop bottles that look the same, but whatever.

I like the new bottles. Pretty creative if you ask me.

I like the look of the new style but prefer the 12 ouncers, mainly because they came as a 4 pack, which we all know is better then 1 (slightly) larger bottle.

I do think this last iteration was my last time buying in stores. It was definitely the best fresh IMO, but between the over hyped frenzy and possible infection I think there are other great options in this class.

Biff's on his own. The Almanac was only until 2015. He has entered the unknown.

Actually, I really dig the design of the new bottles but really wish GI stuck with the 12 ounce format. Perfect serving size for BCS. Now, I either have to devote several hours to enjoying a 16 ounce bottle - yes, I know, huge first world problem - or spilt the bottle into two 8 ounce pours, which usually leaves me wanting more. Quite the quagmire indeed.

This year's regular was amazing. I do prefer the old bottle format. Make better variants and then I will forget about the bottle sizes.

I hope they make 3L bottles this year.

I did like the design of the old labels but I like the raised glass lettering on the new bottles too. It reminds me of an old elixir bottle from the 18/19th century.

12oz was much better for the strength of this beer, I'll admit the new bottles look cool but I prefer the more functional 12oz bottle.

technically Biff lost the almanac in 1955 when Marty burned it, erasing the future in which he had it in the first place.

I miss the old bottles, the new ones are weird, and I miss the mix of 12 oz and bombers.

    Is this a joke?

The new bottles are much more aesthetically impressive. Any random asshole off the street without a sense of nostalgia clouding their judgement will tell you that if you presented the two bottles side by side.

    Its not even close.

However, the 12oz bottles were more practical. This beer is too strong to be in a 17oz bottle. It forces you to have to find a drinking partner every time you feel like cracking one.

Preferred 12 ounce bottles, labels don't matter so much.

Clearly you've never seen a Biff thread... Not sure how he still exists on the site. He's a very peculiar type of troll.

If you need a drinking partner to drink 17oz's of beer, you're doing it wrong.
