Does anyone know VerticalLiturgical?

    @VerticalLiturgical

    We have an agreed upon trade - no beer has been shipped yet - but during my 2 week *ahem* "vacation," he's dropped off the face of the earth. Not responding to texts, or BMs, and I can't even tell if he's been on BA since 9/23/14 (the last day I heard from him).

    I've been reached out to by @jhawkvol too, and he's actually out beer at the moment.

    Does anyone know Mike personally and could shed some light?

    The info in his profile indicates he has been active as recently as October 5th. in the time you mention, he posted an ISO and replied to a thread re The Rare Barrel several times. He also received 8 positive trade feedback posts (and left positive feedback for his trade partner in 6 of those 8).

    Thanks for posting this.

    I sent beer to him on October 2 with the agreement that he would ship the same day. The last message I got from him was on October 2 in which he said he would send the tracking info the same day, and I've heard nothing since. He hasn't replied to beer mail or texts and obviously hasn't sent beer.

    Looks like he currently has *10* open trades! Hope this isn't a matter of someone getting in over their head and not able to finish deals.

    I'm wishing for a much more understandable reason he hasn't shipped, despite being online since boxes were due to go out.

    unfortunately, 1 of those 10 open trades is mine...he's why I'm looking for Assassin/BCBS Vanilla. again. grrrr

    I don't know him personally, but completed a trade with him the last of September/ first of October. He was delayed shipping out (everything arrived perfectly) due to a family medical issue. I took it this may be ongoing. Maybe why he hasn't got back to you. He was very apologetic, but seems like a great BA to me.

    Mike contacted me via beermail just now. I will respect his privacy but say that I am totally satisfied with his response. Will update when our trade is finished but at this point I have every reason to believe he'll make things right.

    Mark..this was the guy I messaged on your behalf while you were on ...*hiatus*...he read my message the same day (Sept 23) but did not respond...hope you get this sorted out, if I remember correctly, the trade was for some really nice bottles.

    I know Josh, it's all good. I've moved on. I know something went down in his personal life, but not sure why he chose to completely ignore me or not give me any sort of heads-up.

    I've already replaced the BCBS Vanilla, working on the Assassin, not my loss.
