Does BCBS17' have the potential to age?

    Thanks for that, it puts to bed the idea that microbiology has much to do with cellaring beers that are not mixed fermentations. Once brett or other microbiological organisms like peddio and lacto (or acetobacter or sacc c diastaticus) get involved it's another story.
