To answer the original question of "does chasing beers make you frustrated or excited" my answer would be "no"

I don't enjoy driving around town, but I really enjoy good beers, so it comes with the territory. I do get excited when I can purchase enough quantity of a "limited release" at a single store so that I don't have to go from store to store picking up a single bottle due to restrictions. I do get frustrated when the clerks at the larger stores say "Yeah the distributor hand delivered 4 bottles of this beer, sorry man." I sincerely doubt one of the largest customers is going to receive a third of a case of a single beer. Why even bother?

You work full time AND school full time? You must have lots of time on your hands.

Chasing the rare beers feels like a treasure hunt. I love it.... not only that but you meet some awesome people who usually have the same insane passion you have.

I don't chase beers anymore. It's not really worth it to me.

I'm still in the excited phase, but soon to be broke phase. Meeting new people on the journey is part of the fun.

At this point in my life, I'm not chasing anything. lol
