Does Guinness Extra Foreign Stout still circulate in the US?

I cynically believe that this beer remains afloat in the market only as an idea, because avid beer drinkers like to say "the only Guiness I'll drink is Guiness Extra Foreign" - and then they go on about their business of never drinking it.

I could be wrong, but I prefer not to be

$9 for a 4 pack of 12oz here in Chesapeake, VA. Delicious no frills stout.

 

It is actually an amazing stout. I just recently purchased 2 4-packs and it was a pleasure to drink.
