Does Ohio still have the ABV cap?

    Hi All,

    Currently living in SC, but home for the holidays in western PA. The largest "city" by me is in Ohio (Boardman area), so I was wondering if Ohio will be getting BCBS or if they still have the ABV cap which I assume would prevent them from getting BCBS since its likely over whatever the cap is. Thanks in advance.

    Unfortunately, the 12% ABV cap is still in effect...so no BCBS in Ohio.
