Does taking hydrometer samples from a spigot decrease yeast for cleanup and bottle conditioning?

I know this is an odd question, I have a brew that's on it's 12th day. I've been pulling hydrometer samples from the spigot rather than using the theif and risk contamination. My question is, since I'm going to condition another 2 weeks, and final gravity has already been achieved; will this reduce yeast to the point of affecting quality of the clean up phase and later bottle conditioning?

Doubtful it will cause any issues.

The beer will be fine. My concern is that you'll have extra 'stuff' in the sample that may affect the gravity reading, though I don't know if that's significant enough to be an issue.

You're overthinking this and worrying needlessly. The suspended yeast you're removing is accompanied by roughly the same proportion of beer removed, so no significant change to the suspended cells per ml if you will. Now I'm overthinking this.

We're homebrewers. It's what we do!

I'd honestly rather look like a newb than screw a beer up haha! Thank you all for the responses. I want to learn as much as I can about the craft.

Anything that has settled to the bottom of the fermenter is no longer contributing to fermentation or "clean up."
