By "either" do you mean the Brewery in Milton vs. the original Brewpub in Rehoboth?

I want to say that anything you can get in bottle form you can get at either the Brewery or Brewpub. But in terms of trying different beers I would go to the Brewpub as they have beers that are exclusive to them. They also have beers on tap that used to be regular DFH beers but have taken a backseat as of recent. (eg Raison D'Etre)

That being said depending on when your friend goes the Brewpub gets PACKED and it may be a while until he can get a table or spot at the bar.

Check the dogfish website, they have the taplists posted. Rehoboth will occasionally have some rare and vintage stuff.

Anytime I've ever been close enough, I've hit both. The brewery does a great tour, gives some nice samples and has a great store. The pub has a larger beer selection and great food. Makes me realize I haven't been down there in a while.

When I was down there was a special tour at the brewery that you had to buy tickets for but you got a tour of everything from the hop room to the barrel room. Also got vintage pours from the cellar. When I tried to book it was already sold out but it seemed like it would've been awesome. The brewpub was great and they had stuff on tap that the brewery didn't when I looked. There's also the DFH seafood restaurant/bar next door to the brewpub now as well. They had SeaQuench on tap that neither the brewpub or brewery had on. Also, Revelation Brewery is nearish to the DFH brewpub. It's worth a run through if you're in the area.

Probably can't give any new information on either except to chime in and say I love the brewpub and the brewery give a great tour. Never been but Mispillion is nearby.

Brewpub, for selection and different beers. There is a new brewery about a 10 minute walk to the west called Revelation Brewing that is putting out some very good stuff and it's a fun small tap room. Towards the beach Henlopen City Oyster House is a must. Small but awesome draft list and always one interesting cask, plus killer food.

Burley Oak is about 45 minutes south if you are up for the drive. Really good stuff, they have bombers and fill crowlers.
